Cyndi Tierney — Founder & Lead Coach
Cyndi brings a full-circle career into her consulting practice — the depth of expertise you'd want from a seasoned insider, with the safety and comfort of a trusted voice outside the organization.
The bulk of her work has been with ambulatory clinics, urgent care, emergency and hospital medicine, with additional consulting across banking, IT, and industry.
"Travelling is a good metaphor for coaching. Through both, we see views not imagined, take a breather, and just sit to marvel — continuing to stretch mind and heart in how we see others and life."
A traveler at heart, Cyndi has trekked through the Sahara and parts of the Middle East, and more recently walked as a sojourner on the Camino de Santiago. It's gratifying, she'll tell you, to see the world from another's vantage point — the same instinct she brings to every coaching conversation.
